My husband and I went into the store while we were on holiday from Kent. I wanted to buy a piece in memory of my mum, who we lost in November 2023, also my dad and stepdad. I saw this beautiful ring in the window and knew it was exactly what I wanted. It was very small so I knew I would need to have it re-sized. My local jeweller back at home said it would not be possible.However, I got in touch with the store who advised me to return it and they would make one to my sizing. I received it this morning and am absolutely thrilled. Fell in love with a ring just before closing on Thursday that was way too small, staff member called another store and at 10.30 Friday morning I had the ring in my size on my finger. Couldn't be happier and what amazing service.

About a month ago, I was in Whitby looking for earrings for myself and a pendant for a birthday gift. Pam was wonderful in helping me find both, and I couldn't be happier. I also recommend the store for its variety. You can find something suitable for every age and there is a nice choice of designs.
