Shopping with Whitby Jet Store has never been easier. Our fantastic online shopping experience is a quick and convenient way of ordering with us from the comfort of your own home. With our click & collect service, you can place your order online and pick it up from our boutique

You can click & collect the very next day as long as you have placed your order before 4pm Mon-Fri. If you have requested any sizing or adjustments to be made, please allow us a couple of extra days to carry this out before you collect. If this is the case, we will keep you updated via phone or email and let you know as soon as your order is ready for collection. We offer click & collect services on out of stock items too, just request this at check out and we will let you know as soon as it is ready.

CHECKOUT WITH CLICK & COLLECT
- Add your selected item(s) to you basket and follow the checkout process
- Select the store you would like to collect your order from
- Select your chosen payment method and pay online
- Collect your item(s) from your selected store

If your order included in-stock items and you placed the order before 4pm, then your order should be ready to collect the very next day. If you require any adjustments to be made or your order is out of stock, just leave everything to us and we will notify you when your order is ready for collection by phone or email.

TO COLLECT YOUR ORDER WE WILL REQUIRE:
- A copy of your order acknowledgement email
- A valid form of photographic identification
- The original payment card (to verify your order)

As a security safeguard to protect each and every one of our customers, we must inform you that no other persons other than the named buyer is authorised to collect your order.

Can't thank Simon enough for adjusting the braclets on 2 watches I'd purchased from a sister store. All adjusted perfectly in the time it took me to nip round the corner for a coffee. Also took the time to explain how best to look after and take care of my new watches as these were my first watches with automatic movement. Great customer service, really pleased.

Ordered two items from their website. One arrived, one did not. I've chased twice and twice been told its 1-2 weeks and being manufactured...when their website says its in stock. Both times they've also quoted the wrong product as in production. Suspect the second item will not arrive and I've just paid double for one item. Caution advised. UPDATE. 2nd item has now arrived as ordered.

My husband and I went into the store while we were on holiday from Kent. I wanted to buy a piece in memory of my mum, who we lost in November 2023, also my dad and stepdad. I saw this beautiful ring in the window and knew it was exactly what I wanted. It was very small so I knew I would need to have it re-sized. My local jeweller back at home said it would not be possible. However, I got in touch with the store who advised me to return it and they would make one to my sizing. I received it this morning and am absolutely thrilled. It fits perfectly.
